1. Eligibility
Stores newly activating the Growth or Scale plan (once per store). Free and Starter plans are not eligible.
2. Guarantee window
60 days from activation (the "verification period").
3. How we judge
During the verification period, Rankine runs a switchback experiment pairing optimized days with original-order days within the same week, and estimates lift on order revenue. The decision rule (metric, minimum data requirement, and calculation) is fixed at activation and never changed mid-flight. The full calculation is disclosed in your proof report.
4. Verdicts
(a) Lift proven positive: you receive the proof report and continue as normal.
(b) Minimum data requirement met (at least 14 valid paired days) and estimated lift is 0% or below: we refund every Rankine fee you paid during the verification period.
(c) Minimum data requirement not met: instead of a refund, your fees are waived until a verdict is possible (up to 60 additional days).
5. How to claim
Within 30 days after the verification period ends, apply from the verdict screen in the app or at support@rankine.app. Refunds are processed through Shopify billing within 14 business days of acceptance.
6. Exclusions
Persistent manual re-sorting that overrides the experiment, disabling the app, deleting or substantially altering target collections, or violations of the Terms of Service. Where possible, such cases are handled with the free extension in (c).
7. Misc
Refunds cover Rankine fees only; lost profits and other damages are excluded. These terms may change, but the terms in effect at your activation always apply to you.
